My Story – Ronna Green for Mountain House

My vision for Mountain House is simple: a place where people feel safe, where neighbors know one another, where children can dream, and where families know they belong.

That vision did not come from politics. It came from my life. As a little girl I experienced hardship, uncertainty, and extraordinary kindness. A grandmother, neighbors, teachers, friends and family each showed me that ordinary acts of kindness can shape an entire life — that one caring adult, one open door, one person willing to believe in you can change its direction.

When Mountain House chose

Strong communities do not avoid difficult conversations. After the killing of George Floyd, Mountain House chose to come together — thousands of residents joined our Community Unity Walk, because every voice should matter and every person should be treated with dignity and respect.
